Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days once they leave our distribution centre.

Orders can be shipped to a single residential or commercial address within Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available at this time.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned to a tbooth wireless store in its original condition, with all original packaging and components intact, with the original proof of purchase. Item must also meet the manufacturer’s/carrier’s criteria for return/exchange and shows no signs of liquid or physical/customer-induced damage.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
For devices, including phones, tablets, mobile broadband, and internet devices, we will provide a full refund, less any shipping fees, when returned within the carrier’s buyer’s remorse period. Please refer to your carrier service agreement for return eligibility and cancellation fees.
For most accessories, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Accessories from the following categories will need to be returned un-opened to receive a refund:
There are no additional fees for returning your purchase, but please note that any shipping fees will not be refunded. Please visit your local tbooth wireless store to process your return.
Once the order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. If you paid by debit or credit card, please bring that same card with you at time of return.
Yes, the gift-with-purchase will need to be included with your return.
Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise in-store. Please note, gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
